The Hispanic Business Student Association (HBSA) at San Diego State University is a student-led organization dedicated to professional development, leadership, cultural connection, and community. HBSA creates opportunities for students to grow through guest speakers, career-focused workshops, networking events, and community involvement.
We foster a welcoming environment that emphasizes familia, personal growth, and real-world experience. HBSA is open to students of all majors and all ethnicities, and we invite anyone interested in professional development and community to join us. Whether you’re exploring career paths, building your network, or looking for a supportive space on campus, HBSA is here to help you grow and succeed.

We’ve made it so that you can keep up with your HBSA points! Our online membership sheet lets you review your current points to track where you are to reaching the semester minimum.
Check it out to make sure it's updated or just to stay organized!

As our semester comes to a close, we would like to highlight members who received the most points for this semester! 🎉
Thank you Arly Ortega, Nicholle Flores, Erik Diaz, and Fernanda Acosta for your participation and commitment to HBSA!
How are points earned? ➡️ Members earn points through actively attending GBM’s, workshops, social/fundraising events, and networking with guest speakers.
Keep up the amazing work! 🌟
